I encourage you to watch both movies and come back and comment.  Both documentaries explain in detail exactly how we got here.  That foreclosure site is awesome.  It has all the main Asset Allocation Companies and Main Banks' websites.  It's a virtual treasure trove for those of us cultivating REO business.

all the more reason for us to work with Short sales etc to avoid as many foreclosures as we can, Vacant, neglected or boarded up homes will only bring neighborhood values down!

Could not keep my promise when I saw the length of the 1st video.  I saw the blaming others by MSNBC, and I disagree with that.
