Short Sale Commander is a God sent! This is simply a program I will never be without, as long as I’m a Realtor.
For the casual short sale agent, or the inveterate, this is simply the most user friendly, comprehensive lead organizer, forms organizer, short sales organizer, deals organizer I’ve ever used! All the banks’ contact info and short sale packages are here.
All the forms can be filled out right on the computer. Everything is integrated, tracked: every email, every deal, and every form. Click, click and your loan number appears on every page, everything looks professional and organized.
You can assign guest access to your seller clients, so they can upload all the completed forms directly into short sale commander. From here you can dispatch them to the bank as many times as necessary. You can also assign guest access to the Buyers’ Agent, and they can track the short sale progress right online, without having to call you every week.

I use Short sale commander also and love it. Its new name though will be Realty Commander.
It works wonderful tracks emails,you can keep activities and add notes. They are changing to be for Listing and buyers agents and I can't wait. I use it for all my Real Estate business.
