It's hard keeping a poker face on when visiting the Waterfall subdivision in Little River.  All your face wants to do is smile from ear to ear.  It's hard not to, this neighborhood is that beautiful!

Each home has several water features like fountains, waterfalls and pools.   The model homes are aptly named: "Mansion In A Box";  "Falling Water";  "The Blue Water";  "The Paradise"; "The Oasis".  

No two houses are exactly alike; these custom homes are specifically designed for each owner.  The attention to details is incredible.  Each home feels so different.  Every one has their own favorite.  Mine is "Mansion In A Box".  With its exposed brick wall in the living room, its intricate arches and modern details, this home is conducive to making a homebody out of the most itinerant of owners.  The hard question is where to spend your time: indoors, or out?   The large summer kitchen, complete with fancy barbecue grill, stainless steel refrigerator and ample wet bar, Jacuzzi tub, waterfall and  koi pond,  make this amazing backyard/courtyard simply too enticing to go anywhere else.  Never mind that the new community center will have a mega pool, boat ramp, weight room, and other lovely features.  Never mind that the ocean is mere minutes away.  Home you stay, if you own this mini paradise, aptly named "Mansion In A Box".
