You even translate my flyers into several languages. Just click on one of the flags at the bottom of the page and "Voila!", within seconds you have the French, German, Spanish version.
Today I got my first foreign lead from my RealBird flyer. Wow! This German client wants a historic home in Charleston. My hobby is selling historic homes in Charleston, even though my primary market is Myrtle Beach. Money is no problem... Just what I like to hear. It just has to be the right property. DONE!
Thank you RealBird! Did I mention: I LOVE YOU!!!
Check out my blog: "Listings Made Easy. This is AWESOME!", for some great ideas about incorporating this AMAZING vehicle into your marketing.

to find out all about it. It's TOO GOOD!!!
Absolutely Magnificent Mirela,
Congratulation on acquiring a Foreign investor! Couldn't happen to a better person. I know you will become the best Real Estate counselor for foreign clients the east coast has ever seen. I wish you the best of luck and a continuation of acquiring new foreign clients day after day!
Mirela, Congratulation ! Happy we could help.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
I just love having these flyers all over the Internet, e-mailing the links to my clients and to other agents. It's wonderful marketing. I can't believe that RealBird is FREE!
George: I'm blushing. Thank you!
Have you figured out how to mask the assigned domain with the one you purchased (the address of the property). If not, I can help! By the way, GoDaddy was having a .99c sale yesterday on most of their .info websites. I bought a ton of them.
I also bought the neighborhood domain names. That way I can have permanent riders printed out that I can put on a new listing asap, and use that domain name if I only have one listing in that neighborhood. In the areas where I have several listings, I can just use the neighborhood domain until I order the address website rider.
You can send the links to your buyer clients, prospects, include them in your e-mails, cross market constantly.
Stay tuned for a great post next week. I am so-o excited about this new product I've found. I can't wait to "spill the beans"!
Nancy: Thank you! I will!
George: There is no grass growing under your feet! You inspire me!
Mirela, I wrote a post about how to add the translation widget to the ActiveRain blog as well. Let's see if your success can be repeated with translated ActiveRain blogs as well.

RealBird.com
I just found your blog about Real Bird. What a wonderful resource especially in the multi-cultural city of Houston!!
Thank you!!
Great post and excellent comments too. I too have a multi cultural client base.
I tried RealBird but have some difficulty....am I just dense?
It was very easy to sign up and get the info into the website. BUT....the sites wont publish unless I pay $$ and you had indicated it was free!
Did I miss something?
M
Maria,
RealBird is free for most of the features including building the property website, automatic and manual syndication/publishing to 3rd party portals and free widgets to promote your property on your blog, AR etc.
The only thing we charge for is the unbranded virtual tour (a version which you can add to your MLS record or if you decide to buy a street address domain name for the listing website. ($9.99 and $14.99 respectively)
All the presentation and promotional features are free otherwise. Those are just optional add-ons.
Our apology if the RealBird website does not clearly communicate this. We will have to work on it to make sure that it is not confusing. Also, feel free to call us toll-free and we'll be more than happy to walk you through all the features.
Thanks Mirela for providing the platform for this conversation.

Mirela,
I agree with you - Realbird has to be one of the most exciting things that I share with the real estate professionals that I work with. Many don't realize how far out into the web it goes and all it's abilities. I think I love it just as much as you and so happy that you posted the information as well as how you've used this fantastic tool. Thank you. ~ Anne Marie
