Create Professional Looking Time-Lapse Home Tours &Neighborhood Videos

Inman declared:  "The Hyperlapse app could revolutionize real estate video - Image stabilization gives time-lapse home tour and neighborhood videos a cinematic feel."

This new app allows Realtors to create high quality property tours and neighborhood videos right on their smart phones.   Traditionally, time lapse videos required holding your phone or camera still while filming.  Hyperlapse has built-in stabilization technology that lets you create moving, handheld time lapse videos with a cinematic look, quality and feel, something that was only possible with expensive equipment prior to this app.

Although Hyperlapse was created by Instagram, you don't need an Instagram account to download this free app, but if you have an account, you can post your video to Instagram directly from the app.

I have not yet experimented with Hyperlapse, so if you have any tips for using it, please share them with me in the comments section.  I just downloaded the app and plan on using it soon.

Here's a quick preview of Hyperlapse:

Here is how you use the app; this is a quickie tutorial:

Have fun with your new app and please share your masterpiece with us!

Ronald DiLalla  It sure does!  With each passing year, we garner more and more marketing tools.   I look forward to incorporating all new technology!

Mirela,

Yet another fascinating tool I need to learn. Very neat idea. Where is that video assistant I sure could use?

David Gibson Thanks to this great new app, you no longer need a video assistant!

Mirela Monte This is a very neat, techy app that I could really have some fun with for a quick laugh. For the important videos, I use Premier Pro and I can already accomplish this effect. Thanks for the alert!
