I just noticed: The Embarrassment blog garnered 115 comments? I need to go check it out! The comments there had me in stitches throughout the day. I'll do it tomorrow. I'm cross eyed. Had a whopper of a day today and tomorrow is not any easier.
Do you know anyone interested in a $ 28MIL track on the Intercoastal Waterway, all permitted for 370 upscale homes & 50 boat slips, walking distance to the beach? I'm doing absorption rates and other reasearch on top of the regular stuff. The market is too good right now. I haven't seen one of my agents in a few weeks. She's MIA, but writing about a deal a day. Maybe I should stay out of the office too (I only have two for the week; what day is it?)
