Hi Mirela-
I've been seeing more 1st time buyers in my market (Western Suburbs of Chicago). I agree those are all great reasons to buy now. The only negative I am encountering is a fear of job loss and believe once that settles down our markets will stabilize.
I am also a "Proud Optimist" :)
Mirela - I'm seeing a lot of first-time homebuyers. I think they're starting to see that now really is a great time to buy! :)
How right you are-we need to spread the word. Thanks for sharing.
It is the time to act, if one is able to. Proactive decisions will create solid gains.
The signs are all around us: Buyers are finally moving forward. Check out Sheldon Neal's blog featured on the Optimist Board:
Did the Real Estate GROUNDHOG see his shadow ??? --- MAYBE NOT !!!!!!
Agents from all over the country are reporting strong activity in their markets.
I really feel that if there are people that have the means to purchase a home, now is a great time for them. I don't know if it will get any better, but I'm sure once the economy picks up, it will not be as good a time to buy as it is right now.
