The Optimist Group was formed as a repudiation of today's "Gloom and Doom". It is the place where the glass is always at least half full, a safe zone for those who realize that Life is what you make of it. Tip for today: taking a Melatonin 3mg capsule about 20min. before retiring will bring Mr.Sleep right to your bed, without having to count the sheep...
